Job Description:
*This position can be based in our MA, CT, or NH offices.
-You will join our team as a Project Technical Leader/Project Manager for structural design projects and pursuits throughout New England and will be responsible for the coordination of the technical content of projects including driving the technical vision of the end product, ensuring the technical accuracy of the work product, ensuring the right technical skill sets are on the project at the correct time, and developing and mentoring technical project staff.
-Providing technical leadership on a diverse range of projects from complex bridge rehabilitations to ABC bridge replacement.
-You will work collaboratively and interface with clients and team members.
-You will be part of a team that works across geographies and engages in exciting structural projects throughout the country.
-Participating in strategic planning, and pursuit of new projects.
-Contributing to the growth of the bridge team in New England through strong, technical leadership as a key member of the structural design team.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
-Professional engineering (PE) license.
-10 years of related experience.
-Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
-Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
-PE in Connecticut, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts & ability to get reciprocity.
-Massachusetts SE.
-Strong background with MassDOT, NHDOT, CTDOT, Massport, and/or MBTA structural design projects.
-Working knowledge in AutoCAD and/or Microstation /OpenBridge.
-Ability to present in front of a large group.
-Strong communication and technical writing skills.
-Experience with movable bridge designs.
-Ability to serve as a Project Manager.
-Experience with tunnel design or analysis.
