A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing onboarding
and day-to-day support
Lead a range of fast-paced research projects while ensuring project
scope, timelines, and details are organized
Collaborate with internal teams to meet project objectives and
drive client satisfaction and loyalty
Required Qualifications
Educated to at least degree level or equivalent in marketing or
business
5+ years of experience in account management, customer success,
insight, or research
Previous experience working with FMCG companies and brands
Self-motivated with a strong drive to deliver value for
customers
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
environment
