Job Description Customer Service Specialist M-F 7Am -4PM Job Summary: As a manufacturing based Customer Service representative, you will be working closely with customers to address their concerns relative to pricing, lead-time, delivery, or any other questions that they may have. This is a temp to perm position with competitive salary. Main Duties and Responsibilities: -- Receive all incoming calls from customers to address their concerns relative to pricing, lead-time, delivery or any other questions that they may have. -- Enter all orders when they are received to ensure our customer---s demands are placed accurately on our books. -- Quote all incoming requests for quotations in a timely manner to bring the maximum amount of business into our company. -- Act as the liaison between our company and our customers when requested to do so by the Quality Supervisor. -- Miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications: -- High School diploma required -- 1-3 years Customer Service experience -- Positive ---can do--- attitude and strong work ethic Skills: -- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) -- Excellent verbal and written communication -- Organized and able to meet deadlines -- Comfortable with a small company environment and being a team player
