Our Dracut manufacturing client is seeking a Customer Service
Representative to join their team!
Responsibilities include:
Assist existing customers primarily by phone/e-mail with their
orders
Enter orders into company database
The ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Requirements:
Professionalism and superior telephone and organizational
skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Dependable, reliable, with strong work ethic
Proficient and accurate data entry skills.
This is NOT a REMOTE role. This is a full-time in-office role.
