Job Description:

Qualified candidates seeking full time employment must be available between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Demonstrate a proven track-record of successfully excelling in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Ability to multitask while offering our customer's the latest information on energy solution trends
  • Complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner
  • Interact with customers and coworkers in a respectful and courteous manner
  • Educate and upsell customers proactively on products and services to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain customer information respecting confidentiality and use customer information for the context of assigned duties
  • Interact with customers through a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs and requests, and resolve customer issues

      Required Skills and Experience:
      • High School Diploma (or GED)
      • Experience in a Call Center Environment or equivalent (minimum 1 year)
      • Microsoft Office Suite (MSWord, MSExel, MSOutlook)
      • Strong Written and Verbal Communication
      • Available Monday through Friday 8:00 - 5:00 pm with rotating weekends
        Preferred Skills and Experience:
        • Salesforce (helpful but not required)
