Hiring Full Time Experienced Sales Consultants$45k Base Salary
PLUS Commission and Full Benefits Our company is one of the leading
solar providers on the east coast. We are looking for experienced
sales professionals with the desire to help create a cleaner future
for years to come. Renewable energy is one of the fastest growing
industries currently, and we're looking for candidates to help us
promote the benefits of switching to solar energy. Solar energy not
only benefits the environment, but lowers utility bills, and adds
value to the home.As a Sales Consultant with us you will generate
potential leads, work closely with potential customers as you guide
them through the advantages of switching to solar power, qualify
potential customers, set appointments, and negotiate and finalize
sales.Candidates applying should have a few years of previous sales
experience (car sales, insurance, home improvement, etc.),
experience negotiating and closing large contracts, and be
extremely comfortable talking with people. Candidates should also
be comfortable generating leads in residential areas. We are
offering a competitive annual base salary, plus commission, as well
as a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits:
A base salary of $45k annually, plus
commission for appointments set and systems sold = $80-100k

energyJob Duties:
Educate homeowners on the many
benefits of Solar Energy, including energy cost savings,
environmental benefits, and increasing your homes valueParticipate
in continuous training and education opportunities; you will become
an expert in solar Generate leads in person in residential areas
and distribute marketing materials Provide in person sales
presentations Set appointments with customers with one of our
consultants Qualifying, negotiating, and finalizing sales with
large price point contracts Input customer data and appointments
through office equipment Follow customers through the installation
process to maintain customer satisfaction and build rapport
Maintaining professionalism at all times Maintain organization on
customer referrals and appointments Requirements:
At least 3 years sales experience
required, such as: car sales, mortgage, outside sales, inside
sales, etc. Must have drivers license and reliable transportation
to get to appointments High school diploma or GED required Must be
extremely comfortable and confident speaking with peopleMust speak
with professionalism Should have some experience negotiating and
closing sales Must be comfortable lead generating in residential
areas Strong work ethicAble to work with limited supervision
Ability to hit individual sales goalsExcellent organizational
skills Education: High school diploma or GEDWork Location: Multiple
