best talent for a Principal Scientist, CAR Screening and Lead
Selection (CGM), to be based in Cambridge, MA. Purpose: We are
seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal Scientist to
join our CAR Screening and Lead Selection team focused on advancing
next-generation cell therapies. The Principal Scientist will work
with team leadership to develop and execute the scientific strategy
to select CAR-T candidates and generate data sets that drive
pipeline progression. This role offers the opportunity to work
cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with
cutting-edge technologies. You will be responsible for: Advance
multiple pipeline programs by designing, executing, and analyzing
complex in vitro assays that stratify lead CAR-T constructs based
on phenotype and function. Contribute to strategic project
planning; integrating results and departments goals into next
steps. Subject matter expert for specified research projects and/or
laboratory techniques. Uses new developments and technologies to
improve scientific workflows. Thorough analysis of complex data
sets, effectively communicates impact of experimental results to
leadership and key stakeholders. Collaborate closely with
colleagues in discovery, process development, and therapeutic area
teams to align priorities and share data. Contribute to broader
team experimental designs, scientific strategy discussions and
provide guidance and support to junior team members. Follow best
practice lab operations for safety, data integrity, and
reproducibility. Maintain meticulous records of experimental
design, data, and analysis using electronic lab notebook (ELN).
Qualifications: PhD in immunology, cell biology, or a related field
with 4 years of relevant industry or experience; OR a Master’s or
Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of experience will also be
considered. Demonstrated experience with project planning and CAR T
candidate selection. Takes initiative to advance scientific
capabilities; challenges status quo to improve workflows and
technical skillset. Extensive hands-on experience with
multiparameter flow cytometry, including panel design, sample
preparation, acquisition, and data analysis. Experienced with
spectral flow cytometry is preferred. Experience with intracellular
cytokine staining and cytokine arrays, such as MSD or comparable.
Proficiency in IncuCyte-based assays or comparable real-time
cytotoxicity platforms. Demonstrated expertise using ELN systems
for experimental documentation, experience with Benchling a plus.
Advanced skills in data analysis and presentation using GraphPad
Prism, Spotfire or similar software. Strong problem-solving skills
and the ability to independently drive projects while working
collaboratively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $117,000.00 -
$201,250.00 Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to
the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to
participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension)
and savings plan (401(k)). Subject to the terms of their respective
policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following
time off benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year Sick time
- 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State
of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside
in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay,
including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year Work,
